Hands up if you’re ready for the four day weekend 👋🏼 Easter Weekend is one of my faves. Time with the family, 🤞🏼some sun and a whole lot of chocolate… I mean, what more could you want? So, this week I’ve been playing around with some spring recipes and decided to give >this< Waitrose one a go. Well, let me tell ya… This is absolutely, 100% the best bit of baking I’ve ever done. I don’t know if it’s just that the recipe is super simple, or if I was on baking top form, but everything went to plan, even the dough, and they tasted like HEAVEN.
